Ship repairs
and yacht refitting

Metal workers and fabricators

Our metal carpentry business forms an integral part of production processes in ship repair and superyacht refitting.

We do this by drawing on our experience as carpenters and builders in both maritime sectors.

We build We repair

Cantieri Sarimi Aree d'Intervento

We build any kind of steel or light alloy artefact.

From individual hull blocks to entire vessels, including structural elements of a varying nature, such as fin stabilizers, bulbous bows, trees, chimneys, swimming pools and pipelines.

We use shears and radial drills, our special machines for sheet metal folding and calendaring, as well as a lathe for minor ancillary works.

Refitting

We have performed hull extensions, after having prepared the blocks directly at our production site.

The projects we work on are designed by our technicians from scratch, generating accurate nestings or modifying existing ones; these are then used in our plasma-cutting machine.

Emergency and support

We repair any kind of hull damage, even at sea, supplying a “first-aid” support service for ancillary activities, both for the mechanical and plant-engineering sectors.

The welders in our workshop are all certified technicians, operating by following RINA-certified procedures.
