The choice stemmed from the objective of achieving higher efficiency in the process, which would have not been possible with a simple replacement \u2013 the alternative would have largely extended the overall work completion time, owing to necessary and continuous movement of parts from the vessel to the ground and vice versa.<br \/>This process required preventive removal, transportation and demolition of the old block, weighing 20 tons.<\/p>\n<p>For the new lift installation, we executed aligned openings across all the decks, performing elaborate cutting and demolition operations.
